Use of the XFOA Discord bot is subject to community rules, server permissions, automated-moderation review, and Discord's own policies. Most purchases should arrive within 24 hours; eligible refund requests must be submitted within three calendar days; and subscriptions may be cancelled at any time without punishment.
1. Agreement, operator, and scope
These terms apply to the website, XFOA Discord bot, Discord community, game servers, accounts, media submissions, and purchases operated by XFOA LLC through xfoacommunity.com and connected services. By using any XFOA service, installing or authorizing the bot, invoking a command, interacting with a bot component, or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, the applicable community and game rules, and any relevant third-party terms. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must approve purchases and any activity requiring such approval. Questions may be sent to support@xfoacommunity.com.
2. Discord bot service
The XFOA Discord bot provides configurable community functions that may include verification, roles, reaction or selection menus, commands, moderation, tickets, reports, events, announcements, leveling, server status, social notifications, join-to-create voice channels, audit logs, anti-spam, anti-raid, and store or game integrations. Features may vary by server and may change as the bot is developed. Server owners and administrators are responsible for choosing appropriate permissions, configuring modules, informing their members when required, and ensuring their use of the bot complies with law and Discord's rules.
XFOA grants users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the bot for its intended community functions. Users may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, exploit, overload, probe, circumvent rate limits, interfere with security controls, impersonate others, submit malicious commands, or use the bot to violate law, Discord policies, intellectual-property rights, or another person's rights.
3. Commands, content, and automated moderation
You are responsible for commands, messages, files, reports, ticket content, links, and other material you submit through the bot. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, payment-card details, government identifiers, or unlawful or harmful content. You give XFOA permission to process submitted material only as needed to operate, secure, moderate, and improve the requested service and as described in the Privacy Policy.
The bot may automatically flag, delete, limit, or respond to content and may apply configured moderation or security actions. Automated systems can make mistakes and do not replace staff judgment. Members may request staff review through the support-ticket process. Attempts to evade moderation, abuse commands, raid servers, manipulate levels, exploit role systems, or interfere with logs may result in restrictions or removal.
4. Bot availability, permissions, and Discord
The bot is provided on an as-available basis. Commands or integrations may be delayed, unavailable, changed, rate-limited, or discontinued for maintenance, security, third-party outages, technical limitations, or platform-policy changes. XFOA does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, preservation of every bot record, or compatibility with every server configuration. Server administrators may remove the bot or revoke its permissions, and individual members may leave the relevant server or stop interacting with the bot.
XFOA and its bot are independent community services and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc. Discord controls its platform, API, accounts, permissions, and availability under Discord's own terms and privacy policy.
5. Package descriptions and fair play
Package pages describe the included rank, cosmetic, convenience feature, Silver amount, booster, duration, and any limitations. XFOA MC includes Survival, SMP, Prison, and Skyblock. Silver is an XFOA MC virtual balance intended only for eligible cosmetic and decorative content across those modes. It has no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money, and cannot be converted into gameplay currency or exchanged for superior equipment. Mode-specific boosters benefit all eligible online players on the Survival, SMP, Prison, or Skyblock server selected at checkout during their active period. XFOA may adjust benefits when reasonably necessary for balance, security, platform compliance, or server compatibility, but will not intentionally substitute a materially inferior purchase without notice or an appropriate remedy.
6. Delivery
Most purchases are delivered automatically to the game account entered at checkout and should arrive within 24 hours. The customer is responsible for entering the correct username or account identifier. If a purchase has not arrived after 24 hours, contact support@xfoacommunity.com or open an XFOA support ticket with the Tebex transaction ID. Do not include full payment-card information in a support request.
7. Refund requests
Refund requests must be submitted within three calendar days of purchase. A request must include the transaction ID and a clear, specific reason. XFOA staff will review the purchase and may ask questions or conduct a short interview before making an eligibility decision. Approval is not automatic and may depend on delivery status, use or consumption of the package, duplicate purchases, technical failure, or whether the package materially differed from its description. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method when available and may take additional time to appear.
Nothing in this policy limits refund, cancellation, or consumer-protection rights that cannot legally be waived, or any rights provided directly by Tebex as the merchant of record.
Read the standalone Refund Policy for a concise version of the request process.
8. Chargebacks and payment disputes
Contact XFOA support first so we can attempt to resolve a payment concern. When a chargeback or payment dispute is opened, benefits funded by the disputed transaction may be suspended while it is reviewed and removed if the payment is reversed. Filing a good-faith dispute does not by itself result in a gameplay ban. Separate restrictions may be imposed when XFOA has evidence of fraud, use of a stolen payment method, deliberate abuse, or an independent community-rule violation, subject to applicable law and the payment provider's final decision.
9. Subscription cancellation
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time without punishment. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not normally end access immediately. If the current billing period has already been paid, the customer may continue using the subscription benefits through the end of that period. Benefits are then removed automatically unless the subscription is renewed. Immediate removal may occur following a refund, chargeback, fraud finding, or violation of XFOA rules.
Subscriptions are managed through the Tebex customer portal or the cancellation link supplied with the purchase receipt. Contact support if assistance is needed.
10. Outages and maintenance
Temporary outages, scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, third-party failures, and network attacks may interrupt access or delay fulfillment. XFOA will make reasonable efforts to restore service and purchased entitlements. If an outage prevents a timed or consumable purchase from being used as described, contact support so the transaction can be reviewed for restoration, replacement, credit, or refund eligibility.
11. Server wipes
A scheduled or emergency wipe may reset worlds, inventories, progression, statistics, or other gameplay data. Active ranks and recorded, unconsumed paid entitlements will be restored where technically feasible. A server-wide booster or consumable that was already successfully delivered is not automatically replaced, but an interruption caused by XFOA may be reviewed by support. Any wipe-specific exceptions will be announced before the wipe when practical.
12. Server closure
If an XFOA server closes, access to server-specific packages ends with that service. “Permanent,” “lifetime,” or one-time ranks, if offered, mean for the supported operating life of that XFOA server—not the customer's lifetime. XFOA will provide advance notice when reasonably practical. Refunds following closure remain subject to the three-day policy above, Tebex requirements, and any non-waivable legal rights.
13. Accounts and community conduct
Users must follow XFOA rules, applicable game rules, and Discord's policies. Purchases do not exempt a member from moderation. Accounts, bot access, commands, roles, ranks, and benefits may be limited or suspended during moderation or security investigations and may be removed for fraud, exploitation, harassment, evasion, raids, malicious automation, or other serious violations. A moderation action does not automatically create refund eligibility. Users must keep linked accounts secure and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
14. Third-party services and checkout
Tebex processes checkout, payments, receipts, subscriptions, taxes, and certain payment disputes. Tebex and other payment providers operate under their own terms and privacy notices. Processing times, supported methods, regional pricing, taxes, and payment availability may vary by location.
15. Game publisher disclaimers
XFOA MC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise associated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Microsoft. XFOA is independently responsible for its servers, website, community, packages, and customer support.
XFOA Rust is an unofficial community server and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise associated with Facepunch Studios. Rust and related trademarks belong to their respective owners.
XFOA Arma 3 is an unofficial community server and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise associated with Bohemia Interactive. Arma and related trademarks belong to their respective owners. Any monetized Arma 3 packages remain unavailable until all required publisher permissions and approvals are in place.
16. Copyright and personal rights
Do not upload or publish material unless you own it or have all permissions required for its use, including permission covering music, artwork, recordings, trademarks, and identifiable people. XFOA may restrict or remove content while a copyright, privacy, impersonation, or likeness complaint is reviewed. The Copyright and Content Removal Policy explains how to submit a notice or counter-notice.
17. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, XFOA services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device or third-party service. XFOA is not responsible for outages or actions controlled by Discord, Tebex, game publishers, hosts, payment providers, or other third parties. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, remedy, or liability that applicable law does not allow XFOA to exclude.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, XFOA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the services. Any limitation applies only to the extent enforceable in the user's jurisdiction and does not cover fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury, or other liability that cannot legally be limited.
18. Severability, enforcement, and disputes
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A delay in enforcement is not a waiver. These terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, the applicable package description, and posted community rules form the agreement governing the relevant service. Before starting a formal dispute, please contact XFOA support and provide a reasonable opportunity to investigate. This informal step does not prevent either party from seeking urgent relief or exercising a right that cannot be waived.
19. Changes and contact
XFOA may update these terms when its services, packages, integrations, or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes may also be announced on the website or in the XFOA Discord. Questions and purchase requests may be sent to support@xfoacommunity.com.
